What to Send
Send Only the Media You Want Processed
Include only the photos, tapes, discs, cards, albums, or other media you want digitized or transferred. If your order contains multiple service types, grouping them clearly helps speed intake.
Include Your Order Information
Always include your order number and contact information inside the package so your shipment can be matched quickly and accurately when it arrives.
How to Pack Your Order
Use a Sturdy Box
Use a strong shipping box that fits your media without excessive empty space. Avoid thin envelopes for fragile media.
Protect the Contents
Wrap delicate items as needed and use packing material to prevent shifting during shipment. Keep pages, discs, and tapes from sliding around inside the box.
Use Tracking and Insurance
We recommend shipping with a reliable carrier such as UPS or FedEx and using tracking and insurance appropriate for your shipment.
What Happens After Your Order Arrives
Intake and Review
We let you know that your media arrived safely and your shipment is logged into our workflow and reviewed so the correct services and handling needs can be confirmed. If we have any questions we will reach out to confirm before beginning the work.
Processing Begins
Once your order is ready for processing, your media is digitized, transferred, or duplicated based on the service purchased.
How You Receive Your Files
Digital Download
Many orders can be delivered through secure digital download so you can access your files quickly.
Premium Dual USB Flash Drive
A flash drive is a simple physical option for customers who want a portable copy of their files.
External Hard Drive
For very large orders, an external hard drive may be the best delivery option for storage and convenience.
Timing and Return of Originals
Typical Turnaround
Most standard orders are completed in approximately 10 business days after your media arrives at our facility. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Original Media Returned
Original media is returned to you after processing unless you specifically request disposal in writing before return shipment.
