The Professional Difference

Big-Box Photo Labs

Automated kiosks often auto-crop your vintage photos, cutting off edges to force them into modern print ratios. You are responsible for picking them up, and they are handed over in flimsy paper envelopes.

Family Heritage Reproductions

We review your digitized files to ensure the highest quality reproduction. Your new prints are placed in clear, archival-style sleeves and shipped safely alongside your original media.

How to Add Prints to Your Order

1

Select Your Sizes

Add your desired print sizes to your cart while booking your initial photo scanning service.

2

Tag Your Photos

Place a sticky note on the physical photo you want reprinted, detailing the size and finish you would like, and place it in a separate labeled envelope.

3

We Digitize & Print

We perform a high-resolution scan of your tagged photo and coordinate the printing process.

4

Safe Delivery

Your pristine new prints arrive in the same secure return box as your delicate original photos.

Important Details Regarding Cropping

Vintage photos often come in non-standard shapes (like perfectly square Polaroids or wide panoramics). Modern photo paper comes in standard rectangles (like 4x6 or 8x10).

When a square photo is printed on rectangular paper, it must either be cropped (which cuts off the top and bottom of the image) or printed with white borders to preserve the whole image.

Our policy is preservation first: We will print with white borders if necessary to ensure no part of your family memory is accidentally cut off during the printing process.

Why Invest in Physical Reproductions?

Preserve the Original

Displaying vintage photos exposes them to UV light and fading. Keep your originals safely stored in the dark while framing a crisp, new reproduction.

The Perfect Gift

There is only one original photo, but multiple family members may want it. High-quality prints allow everyone to have a piece of their heritage.

Ready for the Wall

Our standard sizing means you can easily purchase ready-made frames at any local craft store without needing expensive custom framing.

Select your sizes and let us handle the rest. Your memories deserve to be seen.

Understanding Print Resolution

When ordering larger prints (like 16x20 or 24x36), the quality of the final reproduction depends entirely on the size and sharpness of your original photo. If you tag a wallet-sized photo to be printed as a 24x36 poster, the image will stretch and lose its sharpness.

Please Note: We highly recommend selecting our 600 DPI Archival Scanning service for any photos you plan to turn into large-format posters.

If we determine that the original photo you tagged is too small or blurry to produce a high-quality large print, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative sizing options or issue a refund for that specific print.
